2026 World Youth and Teenage Chemistry Contest - Season 1 consists of three core modules: fundamental chemical knowledge, including core chemical elements & compound content, basic physical and chemical properties, and classic chemical laws & typical reaction models; chemical thinking and experimental logic, covering the evolution of problem-solving approaches, the integration of chemical principles with real-life scenarios, and the deduction and application of experimental reasoning rules; practical chemical application, involving the use of common chemical experimental tools, simulated analysis of real-world chemical problems, and daily-life application of chemical knowledge. The contest features a variety of question types with difficulty graded according to participants' age and knowledge reserves. The lower age group focuses on foundational chemistry mastery and basic experimental operation skills, while the upper age group highlights the application of chemical thinking and logical problem-solving capabilities in chemical exploration.
